16:50 I like how blackbeard says that he's the strongest man in the world. But he can't really do anything against a non DF user. Even if you WERE to create a black hole you'd have to not only be in darkness the whole time while it's going on. You would also have to withstand the huge explosion. You also have to be faster than your opponent or become katakuri with advanced observation haki to make sure you don't get hit. You arent the strongest and you're probably slower as well. If blackbeard learns observation THEN he will become the strongest. Even with whitebeards fruit if somebody is still faster than you then its useless.
